Common Questions

What's the difference between the plans?

Start ($59) suits an owner-operator: 2 office users and 1 truck. Pro ($89) adds billing automation, replying to customers and the rest of the automated alerts, with 3 users and 2 trucks. Crew ($199) has unlimited users and trucks. Employees, customers and job sites are unlimited on every plan.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

You'll be prompted to pick a plan and enter a card — from $59/month. If you decide not to continue, your account simply stops — no charges, no cancellation fees. We don't auto-charge without you knowing it's coming.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Create your account and get full access for 14 days with no card required. You only enter payment info if you decide to keep going after the trial.

How many users can I add?

Office users: 2 on Start, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Crew. Drivers using the driver app are unlimited on every plan, and so are customers and job sites — you are never billed per user or per customer.

Where does it work?

DumpsterBossPro works in the US and Canada, and the texts included in every plan cover both.

What's the texting pricing?

In the US and Canada, Start includes 500 texts a month, Pro 1,000, and Crew 2,000 — sent and received. A text is 160 characters; a longer one counts as two. If you go over, you can add blocks of 500 for $15 each.

How does auto-routing pricing work?

Start includes 50 auto-routes a month, Pro 100, and Crew 1,000. Go over and 250 more are added automatically for $5 - your dispatcher is never stopped mid-day. Smart Lasso map selections are unlimited on every plan.

Are there any contracts or annual commitments?

None. Month to month, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings.

Does this work for my kind of dumpster rental company?

Yes. Deliveries, pickups, swaps, dump & returns and relocates all run the same way — a job type, a dumpster size (10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 yard), a price and a place on the waiting list. Homeowner cleanouts, roofers, remodelers and builders all fit. It works for a one-truck owner-operator or a company running a whole fleet.

Can I bill contractors once a month?

Yes. Set each contractor or commercial customer up as a monthly-billed account. Every delivery, swap and pickup for that account goes on one invoice that lists all their jobs, and each job keeps its own site address.

Does it bill extra rental days and overweight loads?

Yes. Every job has a delivery date, a pickup date, the days included in the rental and a daily rate after that — extra days are added to the invoice automatically. Enter the scale-ticket weight in tons and anything over the included weight is billed at your per-ton rate.

Can I import my existing customers?

Yes. Bring your customer list over from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from your old software on any plan.
